Are there other government fees?
The EIN is free from the IRS. BOI filing with FinCEN is free. Annual report fees in year two are shown upfront and included in Operate and Complete.
What if I pick Delaware?
Delaware's $110 filing fee is included. Note Delaware charges a $300 annual franchise tax from year two – Operate and Complete cover the first year.
