FinCEN filings done right, on time.

The Beneficial Ownership Information report tells FinCEN who owns your LLC. FBAR reports foreign financial accounts above $10,000. Both carry heavy penalties when missed. Operate and Complete include them.

Good to know

Questions founders ask us about this.

Is BOI reporting still required?

Requirements have changed several times. We track the current FinCEN rules for foreign-owned companies and file when it applies to you.

What are the penalties?

Civil penalties for late or missing BOI reports can reach hundreds of dollars per day; FBAR penalties start at $10,000 per violation.

Do I need FBAR if my only account is Mercury?

No – FBAR covers accounts outside the US. It applies if your LLC holds, for example, a Wise or European account above the threshold.
