How we make money
One fixed fee per plan for your first year, with the state filing fee already inside it. From year two the plan renews at $500 less than it started: $497, $997 or $1,497. That renewal covers your registered agent, US address, compliance calendar and the filings your plan includes. Every number is on the pricing page before you buy. We do not add government fees at checkout and we do not charge a card processing fee.
